GIVEAWAY: Go Grain-Free E-Course

I have been talking recently about how Jill at Real Food Forager has made an online class all about going to grain-free.  If you have seen the class schedule, then you know that the lineup looks positively amazing!

(Did you know that you don’t have to give up delicious waffles, pancakes, french toast, wraps, crackers, muffins, granola, and even desserts on a grain-free diet.  That is why I’m so excited about the recipe lineup for this class!)

Well, lucky for all my readers, Jill is graciously giving away one free class to one of you to enjoy.  For free.  Did I mention that it’s free?

This is such a great deal: You’ll get all 12 weeks of classes, all the printable recipes (over 150!) and over 80 video tutorials.  Plus, the class will be available forever, since access grants you lifetime access.  The Go Grain-Free E-course will make grain-free cooking in your kitchen a piece of (grain-free) cake!  You’ll want to hurry and enter the giveaway though.  I’m only offering this for a few days.  See details below the fold.

To enter the giveaway, enter the Rafflecopter below.  I will end the giveaway Thursday, October 4.

The giveaway is closed.  Kelly G. is our winner!  She commented: I would love to learn how to make everything grain free, because I’m trying to lose a lot of weight and get really healthy.  Congratulations, Kelly!  Please email me at kendahlATournourishingrootsDOTcom to coordinate your e-course winnings!

  3. Would love to learn more about meal balance without grains, am currently about 1.5 months into GAPS–would like to be able to expand what I am able to prepare for myself & others that are less “weird”…ie. something about inviting friends over for “dinner’ of bone broth, organ meats & ferments…. : )

  4. Would love to learn how to make wraps to help with lunches. Most of the gluten free bread we use just won;t hold up in a lunch box for a few hours.
