Grain free Walnut Crumble Topping

Walnut Crumble Topping

1/2 cup almond flour (buy almond flour here)
2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter (buy coconut oil here)
1-2 tablespoons raw honey (buy honey here)
1 tablespoon cinnamon (buy spices here)
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (preferably soaked and dehydrated)

  1. Put almond flour in a bowl.  Spoon coconut oil, honey, and cinnamon on top of the flour and using your hands, a fork, or a pastry blender work the fat into the flour until the consistency is small crumbs.  Then add the chopped walnuts and stir together with a spoon.

Use on top of quickbreads, muffins, coffee cakes, pies, cookies, autumn cakes or anything looking like it needs a crumbly, streusel topping.  Enjoy!
